- Registration and admission to this event are FREE.
- Goodie bags will be given out only to those who are 21 years old and above only.
- Goodie bags are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The Organiser, Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City, Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to limit the number of goodie bags per main registrant and is unable to guarantee availability for all attendees.
- A mystery gift will be given for valid new sign-up of Cherish Card member upon verification. Gift redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The mystery gift is only available to those who sign up as a Cherish Card member on the event day only.
- An immediate confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address upon successful registration.
- The event does not cover the cost of any additional services other than what is stated, including any facilities or packages recommended by the speakers / consultants.
- The Organiser, Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- This form is for pre-event submission purposes only and is used to estimate attendance. All attendees are still required to register with the email confirmation notice on the event day to secure their slot.
